Worst possible experience ever. There was no massage. More like gliding her hands over me. Halfway through she asked me how much tip. I got up got my things and left. The next day I called and asked to speak with the owner. I was told that I needed to get with the young lady that I had an issue with. Because they are private contractors and the owner could not help me. Complete waste of money HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. didn't offer to try to fix it. Just acted like I was crazy
Everyone should avoid this restaurant. The service is terrible; they do nothing but ask for tips.
I was very lucky that Chloe was on duty when I arrived. Very pleasant young lady who directed me to the massage room, pointed everything out and made me comfortably relaxed. she excused herself with my CC, so I undressed and got face down. A few moments later she was back and her soft little hands went to work. Once she had me all loose she got up and let her feet glide all over, up & down my backside. She sent me right back to the Orient of my youth. she was very carful not to hurt me, making sure the pressure was okay. When it was time to flip over she had to wake my up. I ended up so relaxed and her strokes were so smooth I just fell asleep. After hot-toweling me she went for water, so I dressed. I was on cloud-9! High suggest y'all ask for Chloe when you visit.
Serenity Spa Jax was the very first time I’ve had a facial, and the way the owner Tracy explained everything to me made me feel so comfortable. Her hands are magical. She has a client for a lifetime♥️
Wendy is a great massage therapist that is very skilled providing great pressure which makes for an excellent massage. She is also very sweet and friendly. I would definitely recommend Serenity Spa and will be back to enjoy another fantastic massage.
